Since 1999 I have published the atlanta-midtown.com and showing247.com web sites, which provide residents (and wannabes) with information about intown Atlanta's neighborhoods, amenities, and real estate.

As the publisher of showing247.com, I developed a unique type of detailed virtual tour that I have used to market intown homes for sale for years. I have worked with many good real estate agents but have frequently struggled with the reality that a lot of agents simply don't "get" the importance of internet marketing or just don't have the technical abilities (or temperament) to handle the details of marketing homes online. Therefore, in 2005 I decided to get my own real estate license so I could work directly with sellers to market their homes to the state of the art. This blog is intended to assist people interested in the intown atlanta residential real estate market.

I specialize exclusively in the neighborhoods on Atlanta' east side (the "Emory area") from Virginia-Highland to Tucker and from Decatur to Northlake.
